Exercise Physiology takes a holistic approach to injury prevention, rehab and chronic disease management. We perform comprehensive assessments that analyse your sleep, diet, mental health and lifestyle factors to prescribe and deliver personalised evidence-based exercise programs that help you achieve your goals.
